of Membership Advisers & Personal Matchmakers

Our Membership Advisers are always on hand to discuss our dating service and how our matchmaking procedure works. They can answer all of your questions and help you to decide if this might be the best way forward for you in your search for a new partner.

If you become one of our members, we’ll carry out an introductory interview and create your unique dating profile. You’ll then be assigned to one of our Professional Matchmakers, who will be working with you throughout the service – there to guide and support you as well as putting forward the profiles of other members who could become your future partner.

Alex

MEMBERSHIP ADVISER

Alex has truly shone in our team, wearing multiple hats with grace and skill. Over the years, she has been a wonderful Matchmaker, Manager and Professional Head-hunter. In her mid-30’s, married and with two children, she has vast life experience and is described as a kind, caring and personable person. Over the years, she has laughed and cried with her clients, bringing out her empathetic nature. Now working as our Senior Membership Adviser, Alex wants to delve into your past and your future, to see how we can really help you find someone special.

Zoe

MEMBERSHIP ADVISER

Zoe has worked as part of the Matchmakers Dating team since 2018, beginning her career as a Matchmaker, progressing to Senior Matchmaker and then to become a Membership Adviser in 2021. During her dating career, Zoe has helped many of our members to find love. She puts her heart and soul into helping others and has proved to be a real asset to her clients, and to us as a traditional dating service. We’re confident you’ll find comfort in her friendly smile, honest approach, and straightforward dating advice.

Hayley

MATCHMAKER

Having worked as a Wedding Coordinator for a beautiful wedding venue in Worcestershire prior to becoming a Professional Matchmaker, Hayley is a true romantic at heart. She is very positive, always smiling and one of her strengths is that she pays attention to those little details that matter. Hayley is very much looking forward to working with you.

Holly

MATCHMAKER

Previously working within the NHS, Holly is a real people person. She is positive and caring and will always go the extra mile with everyone she interacts with. Recently married to the love of her life, Holly looks forward to helping others to also find their soulmates. She says, “there is nothing better than being in love”.

Jenny

MEMBERSHIP ADVISER

Jenny was born in London, (now living in Surrey) has eight siblings and was raised in a truly Mediterranean way with respect for both family and those around her, good family values and a great work ethic. She appreciates that these traits can also be very important to those searching for that perfect partner.

Tracey

MEMBERSHIP ADVISER

Tracey has worked in the personal matchmaking industry since 2007 and has a great deal of experience and guidance to offer those who are keen to meet a new partner and are wary of the pitfalls of online dating. Known for her empathy and friendly nature, Tracey is an excellent listener and can make anyone feel at ease. Above all, Tracey is passionate about helping others to find the love they deserve.
