Dating others through matchmaking services provides far greater personal security and privacy than if meeting others through online dating. You will also have the help and support of a personal matchmaker throughout your membership; a trained professional who really knows and understands dating.
We enforce our Client Code of Conduct: We expect all members to conduct themselves at all times in a courteous and considerate way in their dealings with other members and with the Matchmaking Team.
We are members of the Dating Agency Association, (the DAA), and abide by their Code of Practice. Dating safely is the highest priority of the DAA, which insists that all member agencies work to the DAA Dating Safely Guidelines.
We recommend the following basic safety precautions for anyone meeting someone for a first date:
Do not give the details of your home address for any reason, and ideally, only share your mobile rather than a landline number, (we only pass on your contact number with your approval).
Arrange to use your own or public transport when meeting someone for the first time, avoid accepting transport provided by your date.
Ensure you are meeting somewhere away from your home and with other people around, such as a café or bar, rather than any isolated location.
If someone we have introduced you to has been discourteous, please let us know about it. Member’s feedback is always welcome, it helps us to maintain a good service to our clients.
It’s best to tell a friend– let them know where you are going and at what time you have arranged to meet someone new.
Dating fraud is common online. Be cautious: if asked for money or bank details, it's a red flag. Never share financial info.
On occasions, as part of an enhanced client search, we look beyond our own exclusive database for other eligible singles. For this purpose, we can offer complimentary memberships as a By Invitation Only member. If you become a By Invitation Only member, there will be no fee to pay. We will not actively search for matches for you, but we can consider your profile as a match for a fee-paying member.
We guarantee to keep your personal details absolutely private, so your personal information will never be posted on any public website and only ever shared with hand-picked, top quality potential matches. Irrespective of whether a fee is paid, all members, including those offered a free By Invitation Only membership, are carefully interviewed, ID checked and background vetted.
