Tell us about you and the kind of person you’re hoping to meet. We’ll explain how we work and answer your questions — and send information to read in your own time if you’d like. No pressure, no cost.
Before anyone joins, we confirm ID, age and address, take or receive two recent photos, and run background checks — including residency and any reported fraud or financial crime. It’s the step online dating skips, and the reason our introductions are safe.
A relaxed, in-depth conversation with an experienced matchmaker — usually by video, or in person at your home, a convenient location, or our Warwickshire office. We get to know you properly and talk through exactly what you’re looking for.
We draw up a detailed profile, including your photos, and only move forward once you’re completely happy with it.
Your matchmaker calls to welcome you, then starts hand-selecting introductions based on real compatibility — not a swipe.
You meet people worth your time. After each date your feedback sharpens the next introduction, and your personal matchmaker is there throughout your membership
Every member is verified before any introduction is made, and we’re members of the Dating Agency Association (DAA) — working to their Dating Safely guidelines and our own Client Code of Conduct. Your profile is never published online; the service is private, discreet and secure.
