Focus on your work or even start dedicating more time to a hobby you enjoy to keep yourself and your mind busy.
  2. Think about what you learned - There is always something to learn from every relationship breakup. Did you learn something new about yourself? Did you learn something new about relationships? Take some time to think about this, even write it down if necessary because these moments of introspection will only serve to make you a better person and a better partner for your next relationship.
  3. Don’t resort to online dating sites - Yes, we know it’s easy to jump on an online dating site to find a new partner but resist the urge.
